You know how everyone always asks you to leave a review for them after they’ve completed a service here? Well Jamil did not ask for one. I’m recommending him because he did a spectacular job.
He has English and Spanish. He sent a quick reply that was to the point, giving me two options. They were both very reasonably priced. He came over to look at how much stuff I had and then adjusted his price downward from the original quote. I honestly cannot remember the last time anyone did that for me.
They arrived on time, ready to go. They did all my packing for me too, included in the quoted price. His employees are very experienced too, and know what they’re doing and how to pack properly.
Then the moving crew showed up. Very thoughtful and considerate team. I was concerned about my tomato plant, so a team member sat in the back of the truck holding it!
Everything arrived in perfect condition. Not a single thing broken, cracked or missing. And they finished three hours early!
Honestly, it’s the best moving experience I’ve had in my life, and I’m old.
So, thank you, Jamil. You and your team did a kick-ass job!

We used Jamil and his services to move from Vilcabamba to Cuenca. We had a lot of stuff and needed a big truck! Jamil’s services were affordable. The truck was not only on time but early and exactly where we asked it to be.
The truck had more than enough room to hold all of our stuff. When our stuff arrived to Cuenca to our new home, Jamil was there with three movers and they unloaded all of our stuff in two hours and even offered to help us unpack and put the beds together.
I highly recommend Jamil if you are moving within Cuenca, or in or out of Cuenca to another part of Ecuador. He also speaks fluent English.​

I moved last week and contacted Debra Lynn to see if I could hire her crew. She said my move was too small for them (they move whole households, I just had suitcases and a few small pieces of furniture). She recommended Mudanzas-Moving, who she has recommended to people in the past, and they've been happy with their service. I was moving from Quito to Cuenca, I knew somebody who used Moving Crew who referred me to them. Jamil, the moving coordinator, was wonderful. Whenever I left a message, he was able to write me back promptly, and answered all my questions. Everything was explained thoroughly, as well, including the price. This was my first time doing a big move like this on my own, so as nerve-racking as it was, they were wonderful. All the arrangement worked out perfectly. Thank you.

We used Jamil for moving our entire apartment. Jamil gave us an estimate and was always on time. They packed up our whole place in one day and moved us the next. Nothing was broken when we unpacked. We would highly recommend them for any moving you might need. Jamil also speaks great english and is just a really nice guy. They even liked and had no problems with our four cats.

Unfortunately, we had to change apartments due to the biggest nemesis we have faced in Cuenca – noise. Fortunately, we secured the services of Jamil and the Moving Crew Truck Company. How did we get moving boxes? Jamil delivered the needed boxes to our apartment, looked at what needed to be moved and gave us an estimate. We confirmed a date for the move. My wife got sick and had to go to the ER – twice, hence moving on the agreed upon date was not possible. Now what? I emailed Jamil, who was on Christmas vacation, explained the problem and asked if the moving date could be changed. He graciously changed the date to accommodate us. The agreed upon date and time was scheduled. On moving day, he and the crew arrived 15 minutes early and first wrapped in plastic everything that was subject to damage or possibly soiled. Four hours later everything was in the new apartment. All appliances were installed and checked. All boxes, furniture and beds were placed where we wanted. The holes in the walls at the old apartment where the pictures were hanging needed filled and painted and the pictures needed to be hung in the new apartment. I asked Jamil if he could recommend people to handle that chore. “We can do that”, he said. So, we scheduled a day and time. The crew arrived early and that aspect of the move was completed including clean-up. Everything from start to finish was handled smoothly, efficiently, professionally and reasonably. The estimate was exactly what we paid. If you require Jamil’s services, I would certainly recommend his company.

Hate moving, but found ourselves in a situation where the house we were renting was being sold. Contacted several moving companies for quotes and reviewed recommendations on GringoPost, etc. Finally settled on Mudanzas-Moving trucks. Jamil came to check out our requirements, settled on the cost and date of the move.
A crew of five, including Jamil, came out to move us from Puertas del Sol to Remigio Crespo and Munoz area. In the space of 5 1/2 hours our 4-bedroom house, plants, including appliances, we were packed, loaded, unloaded and in our new house.
Jamil and his crew wrapped all our furniture and appliances in plastic, took our beds apart, reassembled them at the new house, at no extra cost. They took care in transporting all our stuff and made the move as painless as possible.

Having lived in Ecuador for 5 years, I must say, every now and then I get a surprise. Such was my latest moving experience from Puerto Lopez to Cuenca, EC. I contacted United Rentals months before the move. Not only did they move my things at a reasonable price, but the actual movers were businesslike, and did not waste my time or theirs while on the road. I appreciated a good follow thru, and as Jamil, the qwner, promised, he was there late at night to see all was moved into my apt. safely. A good experience, and Jamil speaks good English. I plan to use United Rentals again in the near future for other services. Thanks to Jamil and Crew.

We had 10 beds that needed to be disassembled and reassembled at the new property. The beds were going in 3 different houses. Jamil and his crew worked quickly and efficiently. They moved beds and about 20 suitcases and 10 boxes. They were on time and got everything done in a reasonable amount of time and at a reasonable cost.
When we got to the new property they fixed the frame of one of the beds that was previously broken with some wood they found lying around and without any extra cost even though they had no obligation to do so.
They made the move stress free and I would 100% use their services again.
